Starting a practice is not an easy thing to do, nor is it a linear process. There are several moving parts, Many things are happening all at once and they are often interdependent on one another. That’s where a framework comes in.

Hello I’m a Family nurse Practitioner for about six years, and I decided to start my one Primary care practice and I have collaborated with to physicians with authority agreements in Pennsylvania, could you tell me if I need a business license or what application to apply, I have a LLC, NPI TYPE 2 ,EIN .
This would depend on where you are practice. Some cities require them, others do not. You’ll need to look to your state and local rules for that.
