Here is something for Nurse Practitioners to think about.
Seth Godin, a remarkable entrepreneur and author, posted something on his blog this week that is worth noting.
He points out that a huge percentage of the companies included in Inc. 500 this year, were born within months of 9/11. How can that be? He goes on to say that when times are uncertain, many people hold back, and don’t move forward. They are fearful. This of course leads to less competition, more available talent and an energy and attitude that will assist you in succeeding. He closes with these very telling words: “If I wasn’t already running my own business, today is the day I’d start one.”
Can’t argue with that.
So what are you going to do with this information? How will it inpact your business decidions and goals?
