I would like to know how Barbara. I am in the process of setting up a np website/blog and am not sure how to go about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Grace,

To get started, take a look at the Business Resource Directory that you downloaded. I believe I put some web/blog resources in there.

We can easily do a class on this, and doing it by webinar would be best so it can be shown…will have to look into webinar platforms though.

Perhaps I feel a video coming on

Count me in on the webinar as I have a blog started buy have no idea what i am doing really.

Thanks for the link and the mention Barbara. I was surfing on the net one day and couldn’t find very many NP sites so I stumbled onto Blogger.com and mine was born! I have met many NPs out here who blog but we need so many more in order to make our practice issues known and to help others. Keep me posted when you all start one and I’ll link to you as well!

Jennifer, you are welcome.

I guess I should have been more specific. There are other NPs who are blogging, but few are blogging specifically about being an NP, the issues we face politically, or about practice issues. For example, as far as I know, this blog is the ONLY blog about NPs being business owners.

I agree, as more of us learn about being on line, and how very easy it is to get started blogging, more of us will be out there.
