I have a physician that has agreed to work with me but I am unsure the best way to negotiate the fee. I have done some research that states that payment per chart is best than others recommend a monthly fee. The state of Florida requires a collaborative physician to be available by phone and 25% of chart to be audited. Any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.
